I just left and it was my first time using them, it was ridiculous ,the customer service was deplorable. There is no communication and the front line personnel are rude. The first girl picked up in the middle of assisting me to assist someone else who was already being assisted without saying excuse me. A second person came and she helped but she wasn't pleasant. Then she told me my bill and that was it .
When i went to pay at where the packages were, the lady went to assist me then the second lady called her and told her to ask me for proof of payment ??
I'm trying to pay
Then redirected me back to the first person. And then she said i cud have paid at the other side.
I don't recommend this company at all.
I get it at times we are tired, but we get paid to do a job and we have to push through it, you never know who you are serving.

Customer service online team were not very supportive or responsive in dealing with matters. They have cost me $30 that could have been refunded via amazon had your team lend the support that I needed at the time.
